Flight ticket terms and conditions
Changing and/or cancelling flight tickets
After booking, a flight ticket is final and can no longer be changed (name, time and/or date change) or cancelled. In the event of a cancellation or change, you must then purchase a completely new ticket. For this reason, the cancellation and change costs after booking are 100%. This applies to domestic and international flights. This also applies to individual flight tickets and all flight tickets within a package holiday.
Name changes
The name of each traveller must exactly match the name as stated in the passport. In case you travel with a ticket in which the name is not stated correctly, this may lead to the airline company refusing transport. If after confirming the reservation on the website it is discovered that the name is incorrect or not spelled correctly, this must be reported by telephone to the customer service of AsiaDirect. AsiaDirect cannot guarantee that the airline company will accept the change of name details. As a traveller you are responsible for providing your correct name according to the passport. In case of an error, all costs resulting from this will be for the traveller.
Flight information
Flight numbers and flight times may change during your trip. You should check this information before each flight departs.
Travel documents
You are responsible for having the correct and valid travel documents. This includes passports, identity cards and any visas required for travel to certain countries, even if you only transfer in this country.
