DAY 1: ARRIVAL SAIGON (D)

Pick up at Tan Son Nhat Int’l Airport then transfer to downtown for hotel check in. Take a short rest after flight. Have dinner at local restaurant. Free in the evening for walking around the streets.

DAY 2: SAIGON CITY - CU CHI TUNNELS (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning is time to transfer to Cu Chi for visit Cu Chi tunnels. Cu Chi played an important role in the two wars of resistance against the old and new colonial powers. Cu Chi was an "underground village" with its abyss of interlaced tunnels having a combined length of more than 200km. The main tunnel is 60-70cm wide and 80-90 cm high. Above the tunnel is a layer of earth about 3m- 4m thick, enough to sustain the weight of 50ton tanks or heavy artillery as well as the destruction of bombs up to 100kg. After paying a visit the amazing complex of underground tunnels, have lunch then bus back to Saigon for short city tour.

Visit Reunification Palace in the central of Saigon city, Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office. Then have dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 3: SAIGON - MYTHO MEKONG DELTA (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Today we will have a full day excursion to Mekong delta, which situated in TienGiang river, about 2 hours drive from Saigon. The trip will start by taking small boat and cruising on the river to visit Fishing market, then go through small canals to local villages where you have a chance taking horse-drawn carriage to Bonsai, Orchard gardens and enjoy the typical tastes of many kinds of Tropical fruits. After having lunch at local house in the island, continue to see the procedures in making famous Coconut candy of the local people in their house.

Road back to Saigon for continue city tour to Saigon Central Mosque - also referred to as the Masjid Muselman or Dong Du Mosque, has been around since 1935 and was originally built for the Indian Muslim community living in Ho Chi Minh City. Then shopping at Ben Thanh market. Have dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 4: SAIGON - DANANG - HOI AN (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Airport and take short flight to Danang. On arrival Dananang, you will be transferred to Hoi An after pay a visit Danang city with Cham musuem, Mable mountain, Dragon bridge and stone craft village. Check-in hotel and have a rest before dinner. Free in the evening for walking around the ancient town beside Thu Bon river.

DAY 5: HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning is time for Walking tour in Hoi An - Discover the historic town which used to be a prosperous seaport city during the 16th to 18th centuries. Its sizeable community of foreign merchants resulted in a unique architectural style with Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese influences. Visit the PhucKien temple (Chinese temple), ancient houses Tan Ky, Hoian market.

Have lunch then free time for shopping around and self-discover the ancient town. Have dinner at local restaurant

DAY 6: HOI AN – DANANG - HUE SIGHTSEEING (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning transfer to Hue crossing Hai Van underground. On arrival Hue, visit Imperial Citadel. Have lunch then continue to Khai Dinh & Tu Duc King’s tombs and Dong Ba market. Have dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 7: HUE - HANOI (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning is time to cruise on Perfume River by Dragon boat and visit Thien Mu pagoda, Hue’s most reserved religious monument standing on the riverbank with its seven-storey tower, Minh Mang King’s tomb. Have lunch before take flight to Hanoi. On arrival Hanoi, transfer to downtown and check-in hotel. Take a rest then have dinner.

DAY 8: HANOI - HALONG BAY (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Pick-up and transfer directly to Halong Bay – the World’s Natural Heritage (~180 km/ 3½ hour driver), enjoy the rural scenery along the road. Arrive at Tuan Chau island – Take break and welcome drink at Glory Legend Cruise Lounge.

Welcome drink - receive cruise briefing, safety instructions and check in. Start cruising and explore Halong Bay - one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

Enjoy lunch with Vietnamese dishes served while cruising through the bay, passing the most beautiful and quiet areas, such as Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Soi Sim beach, Coconut Three Island

Visiting Luon cave, the perfect combination of lime-stone mountains and jade-green sea by bamboo boat with local people or kayaking based on your preference.  Enjoy quiet space and pure air, you will feel relaxed truly. If you are lucky, you will see monkeys on islands

Visiting the beautiful Ti Top beach for swimming (if the weather permits), Ti Top Beach is especially famous for its fresh atmosphere, clean water, and smooth white sand that create a great ambiance for tourists to relax or passengers can take steps to reach on the top of  Ti Top beach to have a whole panorama view of Halong Bay.

Back to the boat and free time while sailing to Luon Bo area, and anchor overnight.

Attend the Cooking class on sundeck – How to make Vietnamese spring rolls - traditional Vietnamese food. Then enjoy Happy Hour (Buy one drink-get one free). It is time for chit chat and relaxing. Watch the magnificent sunset over Halong Bay. 

Dinner

Evening activities include: Leisure time to enjoy a chat around the bar, watching movies and many sort of Vietnam cultural films, relaxing and spending a romantic night on Glory Legend Cruise’s music, playing cards, chess are available, reading magazines in room and dining room. You may also try your luck at squid fishing & fishing from the boat.

DAY 9: HALONG BAY - HANOI CITY (B/L/D)

The day starts early onboard with Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai chi also called Tai chi chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements

Coffee, tea and pastries for breakfast are served in the dining room with morning view of bay’s landscape.

Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. It takes approximately 45 minutes for cave visiting. Visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the most biggest cave in Halong bay with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the boat by tender. Proper shoes are highly recommended.

Back to Glory Legend Cruises. Check out and settle your bill at reception

Have a lunch while cruising back to the Tuan Chau Wharf. Relaxing on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery while approaching the wharf.

Disembark to Tuan Chau Wharf. Say goodbye  to the crew and return to Hanoi.

Arrival Hanoi, visit Temple of Literature – first University of Vietnam since 11th century, Hoan Kiem lake & Ngoc Son temple, take an hour charming cyclo ride around Hanoi Old quarter before enjoying Water Puppet show at Thang Long theatre. Have dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 10: HANOI - NINH BINH (B/L/D)

After breakfast in hotel, leaving Hanoi for NinhBinh. Today you will visit one of the ancient capitals of Vietnam during 10th and early 11th centuries. Enjoy a 95km drive through rural northern Vietnam to the site of Vietnam’s first capital, Hoa Lu. Situated on the edge of the Red River Delta in a narrow valley surrounded by limestone mountains. At Tam Kok, you will take enjoyments from a relaxing ride on small sampans on the river as we are rowed through winding rivers cutting through the rice paddies to the grottoes of the sacred TamCocCaves. Enormous limestone karsts just out from the green rice fields, which is why this area is often referred to as ‘the dry Halong’. The boats are rowed by a local man or woman into the caves, you will have a chance to witness the daily life of local people, watch them making the embroidery, a traditional product here for many years. After visit, disembarkation and return to Hanoi. Have dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 11: HANOI CITY – SHOPPING (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning visit Ho Chi Minh complex: Mausoleum, Museum, Presidential Palace, Lotus-shaped One Pillar Pagoda and Ba Dinh square. Have lunch then free time for shopping at Vincom Tower or Aeomall Center. Have dinner.

DAY 12: HANOI DEPARTURE (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Then transfer to Airport for flight departure.
